Tungum Ltd, has been in business for over 75 years and the metal that give the company its name has had many uses in that time. Although available today only in tube form it has a rich history and in the past it wasn’t uncommon to find Tungum cigarette cases, candlesticks, buckles and brackets. The reason that it was used for such applications is that when polished Tungum can take on the appearance of gold.
Today, in tube form Tungum tube, an alpha brass, is being used in the most hostile of environments.
