Tungum Ltd & Knorr-Bremse Rail Systems (UK) Ltd have signed a frame agreement that sets out rules of purchase and supply. It also commits Tungum Ltd continual improvement initiatives that will help secure work going forward for a number of years.
The signing of this agreement is a culmination of many months work to ensure that both parties know exactly what each other requires to sustain a partnership that will last for many years to come.
Ian Johnstone, MD of Tungum Ltd said "I am very proud of the work that we carry out for Knorr-Bremse and the great relationship we have built up between the two companies over many years.
This agreement formally seals the relationship and we look forward to being the best supplier we can be to Knorr-Bremse".

Knorr-Bremse Rail Systems (UK) Limited (KBRS) is the source for all Knorr-Bremse Rail Group products, systems and service support for customers based in the UK and Ireland.
KBRS is a Knorr-Bremse Centre of Competence (CoC) for metro brake control, being responsible for the design and development of world leading metro braking control technology such as Knorr-Bremse EP 2000 Distributed Brake Control.
